Burger Bundles - A Family Favorite on the Grill
What is a Burger Bundle?
How do I create a Burger Bundle?
One of our favorite family meals Burger Bundles. We grill them on the gas grill or you can use a grill if you wish. I would recommend that anyway with the gas grill, because it is faster and you would not all coal taste.
To bundle a burger, you start with three layers of aluminum foil about 18 "long. The reason for the extra layersYou do not want the chance to make a hole in the ground thrust, which is a flare-up and keep the ingredients from burning on the bottom.
The ingredients can be of any family members taste. You start with a 1/4-1/2 lb ground hamburger pressed into flat cakes. Put the hamburger in the middle of the film. Now you can layer the sliced potatoes (not peeled), sliced carrots, onions sliced, sliced green bell pepper cut, sliced mushrooms or other favorite raw vegetables.Sprinkle in your favorite ingredients that we mix such as Montreal Steak spice, garlic, salt, pepper & Jane's salt. For humidity, cut in slices, a 1 / 2 stick of butter and place on top. Melt the butter down through the ingredients.
Now its almost time to start grilling. Start the grill and let it preheat to 200-300 degrees. Expand your slides in a bowl shape on the ground does not hold together juices from escaping from the sides and overlapping seal on the summit. In ourFamily, makes each person their own bundle of ingredients they want. For example, my youngest daughter only likes hamburgers, potatoes and onions. We take everything personally, I throw on a waterproof marker and write our initials on each bundle, so you do not concentrate on your search when it's time to eat. Place each bundle on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes on low to medium heat. You can test it by one of the bundles, and poked theVegetables with a knife to see whether they are soft. Be careful when you do open, do not burn you do not on the steam and bag a hole in the foil. When the vegetables are soft, your package is ready to eat.
When the burgers are cooked bundles, remove from the grill and place on each family member plate. Now you can be grated cheese or my favorite Famous Dave's Devil's Spit BBQ sauce. You can set your food from the foil or you can pour it on a plate, but be carefuldo not burn yourself.
We grill our burgers bundles at home on the backyard barbeque. When camping or driving too close to, we use my gas grill to my car, hanging hook.

| Review by David Coy (NEW ORLEANS) 2009-10-19 I have always been a Weber grill fan whether it be propane or charcoal. Had to replace my previous one after about 15 years of great service and bought a Genesis. No issues with the way it cooks = however, an extremely annoying problem emerged after it was exposed to rain a few times - water somehow... Read more reviews | ||

| Review by Nick Stelpstra (HONOLULU, HI USA) 2005-10-11 I have used this grill 2-3 times a week for the past 2 months. It is the best grill I have ever owned. The heat distribution is perfect, and even though it is only a 25,000 btu grill, it cooks great. The cooking surface area is just the right size for cooking 4-6 decent sized steaks without crowding... Read more reviews | ||
